I found Ray of Help as I was in the early stages of losing my vision. I was able to bond closely with the team to learn to assist with my every day needs. Now, that my vision is completely gone, Ray of Help provides all of my care. They are excellent with scheduling appointments, transportation and running errands outside of the home care needs. The team has even allowed me to get two surgeries three hours from home while caring for me. This team has the most caring and nice people serving veterans.
After I had a fall in November, I spent 7 months between hospitals and rehab. It was always my goal to be able to return to my home and learn to walk again. When Ray of Help joined my care team, I not only received amazing care but they became family for me. They would text to check on me every day and even spent holidays with me. The entire team encouraged my goal to walk again and helped me take my first steps. They are a true blessing to anyone that needs care or assistance in their recovery.
